I started this because people deserve someone in their corner who genuinely cares. Consulting is one way I can show up for them, and my passion for helping others drives every engagement. Every client, problem, and solution gives me a chance to learn, adapt, and leave something better than I found it. That spirit is what Guerrilla represents, staying close to the people we serve, working with what we have, and finding ways to create an impact that reaches further. When people grow, their impact can reach further too. That is what I want to help make possible. Plus, my favorite animal is a gorrilla.
We believe good solutions start with understanding the problem clearly. We bring a structured, analytical perspective to every engagement, breaking complex challenges into the pieces that matter and building solutions around what we find. Every recommendation is grounded in evidence, shaped by context, and built to create meaningful results.
My experience has taken me from the inside of established organizations to the front of building one myself. I have worked across business strategy, operational analysis, research, and community engagement–learning how organizations function, where they can improve, and what it takes to turn an idea into something real. Since 2012, I have also been connected to DVSSP, growing from a child accompanying my mother to work into a contributor to the organization’s operational problem solving. That progression has shaped how I see organizations: as systems built by people, where meaningful improvements start with understanding both.
