Agreement
By accessing guerrillaconsult.com or engaging Guerrilla Consulting LLC for services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Services
Guerrilla Consulting LLC provides business consulting and advisory services including diagnostic assessments, strategy development, and implementation support. All services are scoped and agreed upon prior to commencement.
Payment
All paid engagements are flat fee, defined in scope before work begins. Payment terms are agreed upon between Guerrilla Consulting LLC and the client prior to the start of any engagement.
Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, and deliverables produced by Guerrilla Consulting LLC remain the intellectual property of Guerrilla Consulting LLC until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives full rights to use the deliverables for their business.
Limitation of Liability
Guerrilla Consulting LLC provides recommendations based on available data and analysis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement in question.
Confidentiality
Guerrilla Consulting LLC agrees to keep all client business information confidential and will not share or disclose it to third parties without written consent.
Governing Laws
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
